Honest advice.
Better real estate decisions.
No inflated commissions. No pressure. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just honest advice that puts your interests first.
My plan got derailed.
It led me somewhere better.
Hi, I’m Evan — a NCW Realtor who believes real estate should be built on honest advice, strong negotiation, and putting your interests first.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. Choosing the right person to guide you through that process matters. The right agent can protect your money, reduce stress, and help you make confident decisions. The wrong one can cost you thousands and make an already complicated process even harder.
My background is different from most Realtors, and every chapter has shaped how I serve my clients today.
The Marine Corps
After high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps looking for a new direction and a bigger challenge. I spent my active duty years at Marine Corps Base Hawaii working as an avionics technician on Huey and Cobra helicopters.
The Marine Corps taught me discipline, accountability, and how to perform when the stakes are high. Those lessons continue to influence how I approach real estate today: show up, do the work, and take care of the people who trust you.
A Change of Course
After leaving the Marines, I pursued my passion for aviation and worked toward a career as a commercial pilot. But just days before my multi-engine commercial checkride, my medical clearance was pulled and that path came to an unexpected end.
It was a difficult chapter, but it pushed me toward another strength of mine — working with people, solving problems, and building relationships.
Sales, Negotiation, and Problem Solving
I built my career in sales across several industries, starting with commercial lumber at Architectural Woods in Vancouver, WA during one of the most unpredictable supply chain environments in recent history. From there, I moved into medical device sales with BioTAB Healthcare, working with patients and physicians throughout Eastern Washington, Northern Oregon, and Western Idaho. My final stop before real estate was Paycom, where I sold enterprise software to large employers around Portland.
Different industries. Different challenges. Same lesson: trust is earned, problems need solutions, and results matter.
Those experiences taught me how to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and stay composed when situations get complicated — exactly what clients need when making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
The Investor’s Perspective
Real estate wasn’t a random career change. Before becoming a Realtor, I was already investing in rental properties and studying real estate from an ownership perspective.
That experience gives me a different lens. I understand the emotional side of buying or selling a home, but I also understand the numbers, the long-term value, and the decisions that impact your financial future.
Home Base
I’m based here in Central Washington and proudly serve Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Chelan, Leavenworth, Ellensburg, and the surrounding communities.
I own a home here and am raising my family here. I understand the unique challenges of our market — from rural properties and acreage to water rights and the details that out-of-area agents often miss.
This is home. I know what makes this area special, and I’d be honored to help you make your next move here.
Ready to make your next move? Let’s talk.
Start a Conversation4 years in the Marines working on helicopters. Earned a multi-engine pilot rating as a civilian.
Medical and tech sales — industries built on trust, transparency, and knowing your product cold.
NCW resident and property owner. Rural markets, water rights, acreage — not guessing.
Full MLS membership, professional licensure, and the backing of a national brokerage.
You deserve a broker who
actually tells you the truth.
Most agents are trained to say yes and move fast. I’d rather tell you what I actually think — even when it’s “wait six months” or “this price is too high” — because a deal that’s wrong for you isn’t a win for either of us.
I don’t do high-pressure follow-up. I don’t disappear after the listing goes live. And I don’t treat a $250,000 manufactured home on five acres like it needs the same approach as a turnkey Wenatchee River property.
Straight Answers
I tell you what your home is actually worth, not what you want to hear. Overpricing costs you time and money.
No Lock-in Games
I earn your business by doing good work, not by trapping you in a six-month exclusive listing agreement.
Transparent Pricing
You know your commission to the penny before we sign anything. No surprises at the closing table.
Actually Reachable
Call or text me directly. You’re not getting a transaction coordinator who doesn’t know your file.
