Taking the time to write a 2nd review now that Evan is with a new partnership. He's that good that I'm willing to take the time to do it again. My partner and I met Evan at an open house by chance, We weren't interested in the open house property but was willing to show us another one on the spot. We made Evan our realtor and dropped an offer same day. He's smart, efficient, friendly, and an expert negotiator. We closed on the home in 30 days, with a VA loan for $10k under asking PLUS $10k in closing concessions with Evan's work. I've had other friends that are also in varying stages of the home buying processes, one of which had an offer completely fall though, and another who's had points of negotiation fall through the cracks (sellers repaint/clean home that was smoked in, etc.) While we had an utterly streamlined closing process. Enjoyed working with him to the point that he and his spouse are invited to the housewarming party, can't recommend him enough, best in the Valley!
